As of September, 2025, the marina has a brand new, and beautiful, facility with lounge, restrooms, showers, laundry and outdoor patio. Many other areas of the facility have also been improved this year. The staff is super helpful and friendly.
This is a marina, not a boatyard, but it does provide winter haul out and uncovered winter storage.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Great boatyard recently developed by the Tetterton family. Clean and professional with very reasonable rates. Nice bathrooms and laundry. Additional marina slips and amenities amenities being planned. Check their website for a helpful chart to help guide you in.
