Great location and clean marina. Fuel prices were very competitive due to end-of-season reduction in price.
Negatives: published hrs were M-S 8a-4p.....nobody showed up until 9am, nobody answered phone, resulting in wait for fuel and delayed departure.
SS Badger docks overnight just south of marina, leaves boilers fired all night, so if there is any wind at all toward marina, boat is covered with residue and you will need to hose off in AM before departure.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Lovely, secluded, quiet location. Staff is very helpful. Docks show their age, but solid, with good electric. Duncan is very helpful, and a great resource for anything in the vicinity. Facility is diamond in the rough with plans to improve/expand.
The shoaling at the entrance is not a problem if you follow staff's direction and take your time.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Great harbor, well protected. Stayed in inner harbor, on wall. Water and electric easily accessible. Town has many amenities and is walkable. Staff is very friendly. Fuel prices are consistently the most economical on Lake Michigan.

Consistently clean marina with solid floating docks and spotless amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Harbor is very protected. Town amenities are modest but all within walking distance.
