It's a great location with plenty of room for 5-7 boats. A marina on one side and upscale coops on the other. Well protected, lowest water we saw was 8'. We're on a Ranger Tug anchored in towards the rear, with 3 sailboats. However, the bottom is full of garbage bags. We set anchor and decided to
relocate twice, both time garbage bags on the anchor, pushed off with pole, easy enough. Just a bit disgusting.

Old abandoned wall in front of Ice Building. There is nothing here except wall and pedestal. No one comes to assist with lines. No facilities or security of any sort. Not what I expected. Only communication is by phone, with person who handles everything remotely.

Great small, quite, picturesque marina with new floating docks and several mooring balls. Nice clubhouse, with showers, laundry, Wi-Fi. People were very helpful and friendly. Outdoor barbecues, plenty of room to relax.

Avoid this place. Most of the docks in the back part of the marina are partially submerged. Should be condemned. Not near anything. Depth in many places about 3'. Help was not timely in assisting us to come in.
