Nice Marina. As mentioned, stay in the channel that winds around to get to the marina.
NOTE: Call them. I received no response on either Channel 16 or Channel 17 (monitor/working) and when I called I was told that they do not use the radio at all. Long walk from Dock 5 to the Office/restrooms /showers.

9/8/2025 Logsdon Tug Service was exactly as advertised. Perfect spot to tie off to a barge for the night. The women in the office couldn't have been nicer to my mate. I got to the office and asked about Uber's or taxi's as I have some mobility issues. I was told there were no Uber's or taxi's available. I expressed my disappointment as we wanted to visit the Lincoln Courtroom Museum and visit Little Mexico. But then the gentleman sitting at the desk said that he could help me. He told me to take his 4wd pickup truck, "If you are not back by 5pm, I will just walk home as I live close by".
Went to the museum and the Little Mexico before returning the truck.
Couldn't have been better stop.

9/26/2025 Found out today that Logsdon will no longer accept Loopers. I understand that someone posted a video that had disparaging comments and they stopped. I am very disappointed that a Looper ruined a memorable stop for other Loopers.

Little to no communication from the lock master. Waited 3 hours due to two commercial barges with no understanding of timeline. No response when questions were asked. Gates opened and there was no horn or communication to enter.
