Anchored here in a 20 knot blow. The Coast Guard anchorage was crowded and exposed, so this was a pleasant surprise. The only wakes were a couple of passes by an inconsiderate and unprofessional Salt Marsh Tour operator. If you anchor here in calm weather, shore access would be easier than in 20 knots of wind.

They have floating docks, competitive fuel prices (including methanol free gas), waterfront restaurant on-site, pool, a capable service department and many services very close nearby. The location is excellent.
