Great spot to duck into! Captain Bill and the staff are fabulous, friendly, and helpful. Bill even drove us up to the gas station to get our propane tank refilled. These slips are fixed docks which isn't ideal for a 45' sailboat, and it was hard to get up onto the finger pier at low tide but we made it work. We were around the corner from the fuel dock, so didn't notice any wake from the sport boats going in and out. Price for fuel and berth was very reasonable. We draw 5'6" and did not touch at low tide even though we were warned we might. Easy walk to the beach and The Shrimp Box for supper.

Free Dock Review for Port Washington Town Dock

Beautiful well protected, peaceful mooring area. Town moorings are only $35 and there is a free water taxi (tip please) running through the day. Easy access for groceries, West Marine and other shopping. Highly recommend!

Great location, sheltered and quiet. Town moorings are a bargain at $40/ night. The harbor master is wonderful. The beaches are gorgeous! The town is quiet in October but some nice restaurants still open, a fantastic liquor store a short walk away, and a great grocery store a 2.5 mile bike ride in Wareham.

Very open and exposed. So many lobster traps it was difficult to find a place to anchor.
