As advertised and expected.friendly staff assisted with dock lines and set up. THIS IS A WORKING DOCK. Rustic? Yes. Don't come looking for huge showers,new bathrooms,concrete floating docks. It is what it is and we're thankful it's here. Price is fair water was off due to extreme cold. Power worked fine and zero wake or night noise. Don't come here looking for what it isn't then leave a crap review. IT IS A WORKING FISH DOCK.
