Nice marina. Easy walk to town for groceries and a nice walk along the river where you can see the ferry dock and load/unload cars. Dog friendly. Nice people. Staff was nice and easy to work with.

We had motor issues out on Lake St. Clair and made it to this harbor. I have to say, AWESOME service! They got us right in, got the part we needed and had a slip for the night. Everyone was super helpful and we couldn't be happier.

Great one stop shop. Convenient fuel dock with easy marked access to the harbor. All the features of a busy marina including restaurant, pool, parts, service, and indoor storage after the season ends. Friendly office staff will assist in any way possible. True 24 hour security patrols the grounds. A few restaurants exists within walking distance and more if you have a bike. Not near a motel or car rental so some arrangements would need to be made if dropping your boat off for the year but the grounds and staff make it worth it. Hardware store, West Marine, and grocery all close by.

Great fuel help! Help at dock was minimal. Docks were very nice but it's a huge marina so it can be a long walk. There is a nice pool and restaurant (but it was closed on Monday). Krogers was about a mile walk from our dock.

This place is huge! Nice staff, pool hot tub & a play area for the kids. Facilities looked clean though we didn't really use them.
Even though the gas dock was supposed to be closed they sent someone to fill us up.
Within easy walking distance there is a GREAT Kroger grocery store. I took a marina cart down there & stocked up. The road can be busy so stick to the sidewalk!View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Algonac is the birthplace of Chris Craft. If you are upbound, approach using the ship channel rather than the St. Clair River. The currents are not as bad. The Marina is part of a larger canal system so be prepared to deal with traffic in tight quarters. We encountered four boats and a jet ski while entering. The transient docks are located at the front of the marina with slips for boats up to 40' and a long side tie wall for larger boats. Depths were never less than 8 feet.
The facility is located in the middle of town. The Kroger grocery store is a quarter mile from the entrance as is the local West Marine Store. There is an onsite restaurant with outdoor dining, pool, hot tub, basketball court, Tiki bar, horseshoe and bocci courts (seriously). There are even well spaced picnic table for transients on the lawn in front of the docks.
Pros: Eight foot depth on entry and eight foot depth at dock. Be careful of the current that drops off as you enter. Excellent dock service. Responsive staff. $65 flat rate non-refundable fee with no charge for electric. Updated pedestals with 30 and 50 amps. New timber on the docks. Wifi that works, even when you are at the far end of the range. Good to excellent cellular coverage for AT&T, Vonage and T-Mobile. No wind or wave issues at all. Bathrooms are new and clean.
Cons: Mostly posts for side ties at the far end of the transient dock. Pump out is $15 and the fuel prices are $0.10 - 0.20 above what is available in the area. We were there early in the week and it was quiet. We wonder how busy the facility might be on weekends.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Large marina off the river with a narrow entrance. Pool, laundry, Tiki bar and restaurant on sight. Another very good restaurant, the Catch-22 Bistro, nearby. Also close to a decent grocery store, two auto part stores, and a West Marine. They have both high and low fixed docks in a separate area, closer to the entrance, for transients. Slow WiFi.

Great marina. Very busy but the staff does a great job keeping everything coordinated. Large fuel dock with 4 diesel pumps, 3 gas pumps and two pump outs. Separate very skilled Dock hands help with docking and informing you if you will meet traffic in the fairways. Nice pool and hot tub. Good restaurant on site. Lots of spots to walk the dog. West Marine and Kroger about 1/4 mile walk.
