Good end of season rate. Great, solid docks. Louise was very helpful and nice! Great city view. A little tight for a 45” sailboat, especially if all the docks are full, tight maneuvering. Rest rooms and showers were nice / clean.

We love staying in downtown Cleveland, but the bridge should stay closed from 12 pm to 5 am to keep it secured. We had a party boat enter and exit the marina at 3:45 am and 4:15 am respectively. There was no reason the bridge should have opened for this boat and wake all of us up with the horn blowing at each raising and lowering. Otherwise, a great marina.

The pedestrian bridge operator was very responsive. No waiting in or out. Dockhand met us upon arrival and helped get us settled. The marina is walking distance to a lot of popular attractions, but is very noisy at night until 11pm or so. Even later on weekends. Bathrooms and showers are clean (without air conditioning). Pumpout is still broken.

It was very noisy here from motorcycles playing loud music on thier bikes to people talking loudly after 11 pm. The wifi is terrable. Should someone walk around a very anoying loudspeaker anounces that you are being watched. If you are in c row the police securty park in a way that thier headlights shine into your boat after dark. The bathroom is about 5 to 10 degrees hotter than the outside temp due to the rustic nature of the floating building. The shower takes a long time to produce hot water. The docks themselves are clean and have the proper hook ups. I did stay here 4 nights due to needing to weather in place from a two day storm. In fact a Viking cruise ship weathered the storm not far from these doc's. A frighter waited in Lake Erie outside the breakwall for the same reason.

There has been management turnover since last year and it shows. On site person was helpful with docking and answering radio. I hope Oasis can get organized again.

Staff was very nice, and location was great. But the gates weren’t working, so getting in/out was a bit of an issue. While on-site staff did their best, leaving the gates unlocked overnight (in an urban location) did not seem to be the best solution. And one last small thing - marina was barely occupied (Awesome! Quiet, not crowded), so why put a 49’ boat in a 40-45’ slip, when there was a 50’ slip open right next to it? Also, 50amp power in A9 was not working. Not an issue with an empty marina, but something to get looked at. Don’t get me wrong, if/when we make it back to Cleveland, we’ll definitely be back.

It is a nice transient marina right in front of the rock and roll hall of fame. So if you want to be summursed in the city this is the place for you. The only issue we had is a slip assignment was taken by another boat. The kid working didn't pay attention to the name of the boats. We waited for him to answer the radio and phone. Which he never did. So we put ourselves in another slip. Try Nuevo Mexican restaurant right next door. Excellent.

It was not the best stay I have at this Marina. Why?
    1. The marina was full of seaweed that clogged up many of our flotilla's intakes.
    2. Phone Communication with the marina is poor. It took over 3 days for a question to be answered.
    3. Their radio range is not long enough. You have to be nearly on top of the pedestrian bridge to get a response.
    4. Their staff needs some work on answering VHF calls. Often the mic was clicked off before an answer was received during a call.
    5. A radio to go in staffs pocket, with a clip on mic of some form would help the staff be able to answer queries without having to put the radio in and out of their pockets constantly when it is busy.
    6. The dock gate is broken, part is on order. The restrooms were to be locked after hours for our safety from non marina users, they were not.
    7. Nice staff, great location .
    8. Map linked to marina on the marina's own website is to Oasis Lorain, not to this marina.
    9. You have to know to call the pedestrian bridge on 16, though marina is 9.

Too many weeds and it kept clogging the air conditioning on all of our boats. Bathrooms are extremely hot. Locks were not working on the gate so we didn’t feel like the boats were secure when we left.

    WG Editor Comment:
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t as smooth as expected. The marina is aware of the increased weed buildup in the harbor and is coordinating with a third-party cleanup team, which unfortunately was delayed during your visit. Regular cleanups have since resumed to help minimize debris-related issues like clogged boat ACs.

We also recognize that the gate lock was not functioning properly during your stay—this was due to a delay in receiving a replacement, which is expected soon. Lastly, we understand how uncomfortable the restrooms were in the summer heat and are working on solutions to improve ventilation.

Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.

The fence did not have a lock and we felt very unsafe. There was a lot of motor cycle activity in the waterfront park until 2:00 am Saturday night. The docking area in the water was unclean with lots of debris. The women’s bathroom was not air conditioned and stifling hot. The men’s had a broken sink with a bucket of yucky water underneath.

    WG Editor Comment:
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. The marina team is actively addressing several concerns, including harbor debris and restroom conditions. A third-party cleanup group—responsible for the waterfront—was delayed during your visit but has since resumed regular service.

We also experienced unexpected shipping delays for a new gate lock, which affected the sense of security onsite. A replacement is on the way, and we’re exploring short-term solutions in the meantime. Additionally, we recognize the importance of well-maintained facilities and are working to improve ventilation and plumbing in the restrooms. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to provide a better experience in the future.

We continue to stay at this marina due to its proximity to downtown Cleveland and Progressive Field. Not sure if we will return. The staff is always polite and tries to be helpful but the facility continues to underwhelm us. The showers and bathrooms are not air conditioned so during the very hot weather are most uncomfortable. The pump out was broken. I reported significant debris in the marina twice, including large logs and branches that could easily have damaged a prop. Both times the staff said someone was coming to clean it but no one showed up. Staff said they did not have the capacity to work on the issue. Significantly, the lock on the exterior gate was broken, so the marina was not secured at night in a relatively busy part of downtown. No one showed any urgency about this, they just reported that a part was on order. Please note that this was during a 2 day power outage in downtown Cleveland; this was out of the marina's control, maybe a refund for the extra power charge?

    WG Editor Comment:
We sincerely apologize to the guest for not receiving the experience they deserve. A severe storm last week caused significant debris to wash into the harbor, requiring assistance from a nonprofit organization that was unfortunately overwhelmed with citywide requests. We shared updates as they became available. Additionally, the lock was damaged on Monday morning, and a replacement part was ordered immediately but was delayed in delivery. We have since reached out to the guest and would be happy to have them return.

The gate has been damaged so that someone can reach their hand in and press the button to open the gate. That should be fixed immediately since the marina is not secure. Also, two boats came in after hours thumping their music and stayed for awhile. I went to bed and they were gone in the morning. Again, not secure. Perhaps the bridge can remain closed after 10 pm.

Great weekend in CLE. Clean marina. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who are very helpful. It is nice to see the waterfront area at 9th Street growing. We did not use the bathroom facilities to shower because it was extremely hot in there. Air conditioning would be a great feature in there.

As others have stated, the location of the marina is stellar if you're into a downtown feel with tons within walking distance. Feel very safe. Super secure with a fob system that's actually used and works. Super solid floating docks, wide and sturdy. Nice restroom facilities and showers. Unfortunately, while we were there the pump out was down, and looked like it might have been so for a while. If you have Amazon or other deliveries make sure they are aware, because that is not the norm for them. There's a decent Asian neighborhood 1.5 miles away with lots of restaurants and a great Asian Supermarket.

As usual there was some back and forth about slip assignments. I belong to Wildwood Yacht Club, and we take between 6-8 boats down to the North Coast Harbor for the air show. We request that the boats be docked together. Every year they never do. I don't know why it is so difficult to assign docks together when we pay in January for that privilege. We were all on the same dock but there were two random boats in the middle of our 7 boats. We even went down on Thursday night to make sure we could get all our boats together and still had issues. Other than that the facilities are clean and we love the location for the National Air Show.

    WG Editor Comment:
Thank you for staying with Oasis Marinas at North Coast Harbor and for booking via Snag-A-Slip. We were booked to maximum capacity throughout the entire holiday weekend, and have to assign vessels to the best slip that will work for each individual boat. While we always do our best to place vessels in requested areas or near their group of boaters, we aren't always able to honor every request. We are glad you were able to stay with us during the Air Show, and hope to welcome you back for another weekend in the future!

Tony was a great help. The dock assignments didn't have our group together but we adjusted (he wasn't happy) and we had a great time. In the future please pay attention to the requests for group boats to be side by side

    WG Editor Comment:
Thank you for staying with Oasis Marinas at North Coast Harbor and for booking via Snag-A-Slip. We were booked to maximum capacity throughout the entire holiday weekend, and as such we had to put vessels in slips where they may fit but other vessels could not due to length or draft requirements. This meant that not every slip request could be honored, though we always do our best to place vessels in requested areas or near their group of boaters. We ask that vessels remain in their assigned slips, as this can have knock on effects for others who have reserved who may be arriving on a later date.We are glad you were able to stay with us during the Air Show, and hope to welcome you back for another weekend in the future!

Oasis Marina's North Coast Harbor puts you "in Downtown Cleveland"! Well protected, concrete tile floating docks, that sit in the shadows of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Browns Stadium, BiCentennial Park and within blocks of restaurants . . . Secure (fob entry), well kept restrooms and showers, pet friendly with nearby park to walk you dog . . . Limited 50 amp outlets (splitters maybe needed to connect 2-30 amp), would have rated 5 stars if Dock Carts and Laundry were available on site . . . Beautiful Location, Tony (Dock Master) takes care of your needs and provides a Welcome Bag of Marina Swag, local information on Cleveland to help make your stay more enjoyable . . . A really nice touch, don't miss this stop!

This marina has a great location right next to both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Great Lakes Science Center. We were there from Saturday through Monday and were surprised to see it nearly empty for the whole weekend. We only saw one staff member on the premises during the day and I didn't see him at all on Sunday. The bathrooms were not serviced until Monday morning; ladies room toilet stalls were out of toilet paper and there was some paper waste on the floor. The shower stalls were fine, but the painted wood floors beyond them had water damage. The floors were dirty. A huge amount of trash piled up around garbage pails; some was taken away on Sunday afternoon and the rest on Monday. Although there was a locked gate, I found it open more times than closed leaving the place unsecured most of the time. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but no groceries. Fortunately, there are numerous scooters available for ground transportation; I didn't even try Uber. Enterprise will pick you up for a car rental. Honestly, the only reason this facility got two stars was because of its location. And yes, I would go back again if I wanted to be in downtown Cleveland; you can't get any more convenient than this.

Right in front of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The main reason to come here, but there are also the Great Lakes Science Center and the International Women's Air and Space museum very nearby and a West Marine less than a mile away. The docks are very good, floating and new with a nice rubber strip along the entire edge. The showers and restrooms were clean and adequate.

Nice well protected marina. Very secure. Right next to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Floating docks with a wide walkways. Great restaurant next door. Restrooms are very dated and need more cleaning. Only one trash can for 50 boats leaves trash piled up by the can. Lots of nice areas to walk the dog.

Great location for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and downtown Cleveland. Well protected harbor with good docks and staff. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends.

$2.25/ft gets you nasty, dimly lit rest rooms which never appeared to be serviced during our 3 day/2 night stay. Two shower stalls but only one has curtains. Even though a strong wifi signal with the name NCHM is visible, there is no wifi service available.

Never again. Pick another marina in the area and grab a taxi/Uber/Lyft to the R&R Hall of Fame.

Well protected harbor. Best location to explore Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Great Lakes Science Center, both one block away. Security gate to access docks. Adjacent park and restaurant as well as restaurants within easy walking distance. No laundry.. Bathrooms basic: all lights burned out in showers and no shower curtains in both men's and ladies area. Water from showers pooled on plywood floors with mold present.

As stated above, great location, easy, secure docking on floating docks. Well protected in 20+ knot winds. We found the staff friendly and helpful, restrooms basic but clean with ample hot water. Took advantage of the location for visiting downtown attractions. Loved the Aquarium and R&R Hall of Fame. West Marine a long walk but manager gave us a ride back.

The three most important things for any business are location, location, and location! This marina puts you within walking distance of everything that downtown Cleveland has to offer: the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, every type of restaurant you can think of, shopping, movie theaters, live entertainment, historical sites you never knew about, professional baseball, football, and basketball games, museums, and even micro breweries! The "Rock & Dock" may be considered just a place to "park" your boat, without normal marina services such as fuel, a pump-out or a ship's store. But the floating docks are well-maintained, the restrooms & showers are clean, and the entire facility is very secure. And for the doubtful souls that haven't been to the city in the past six years, go check it out: Cleveland Rocks!
