Noteworthy:
This waterfront hotel has added a single mooring ball about 200 feet off its private beach. Boaters can reserve it via Dockwa or by contacting the front desk directly. The arrangement is simple, and the mooring is clearly visible both from the water and the shore. While there's no dock or launch available, guests are welcome to bring their dinghies ashore on the hotel's private beach.
From the Chesapeake Bay enter the Choptank River and turn into the Tred Avon River. Our Sandaway Suite & Beach mooring ball is white with a blue stripe. It has our late Founder's initials KHG & BB62 to honor him as a veteran who served on the Battleship New Jersey.
