• Description:

  Anchor in front of the swim area and away from the diving markers. A pizza place, ice cream parlor and 2 restaurants are close by. Also a grocery store with alcohol store and homemade pies/cookies. There are shady trails connecting the swim park, with a park on the other side of the street and local schools. You can get to the bike causeway as well.

Great holding. Hid here for 3 stormy days with tornado warnings, our anchor never moved. There were 6 boats.

Dinghy/kayak dock next to the swim area. Also city dock with ramp next to the Champlain Marina.
