- Description: The designated anchorage is just to port after entry and is clearly marked by orange and white markers. Be sure to turn to port well before reaching green can buoy "7" and the rocks that lie just beyond that buoy. This area is a designated No-Discharge Zone and, from May 15 to September 15, anchorage is limited to a 48-hour stay, with a posted $250 fine and towing fees assessed against violators. For a small fee,Coecles Harbor Marina offers use of its dinghy dock and facilities to those at anchor.
