    Wind was from the south so excellent holding-clean chain and anchor. Easy dingy ride to town dock and great walkable area with many amenities.

    Great beautiful spot. Great holding. Lobsterman traffic will make it rocky 3am-8am. Then again in early afternoon. Saw a large bald eagle. Enjoyed
