Good anchorage right off the ICW. A few small wakes overnight but otherwise peaceful & calm. Spent the night of 4/2/26 before tying up at Conch House. Hard sand bottom. All chain rode came up clean.

Arrived at dusk on 10/6/17 headed to NYC. Very well marked USCG station channel, but be sure to respect all buoys on the way in... it's snug. Room for a few single-file boats inside to the west of the channel. Anchored outside the channel just to the WSW of green #7 in 6 feet on short scope. Woke early to glass-like water in medium-heavy fog. Crawled out slowly, set the foghorn and headed west toward Hell Gate with eyes on radar & AIS. Wouldn't hesitate to stop here overnight again.
