This is a small boat club that caters to boats under 30'. They have a bar and restaurant.

This place was literally a wonderful port in a storm on a Sunday morning. I had just exited the Starved Rock lock as a line of thunderstorms was approaching. I called Southshore and asked if they had space for my 27' Ranger Tug to wait out the storm. Without hesitation, they said, "Bring it!" Two club members met me at the dock. Everyone was just wonderful.

If you'd like to spend the night, they have showers, shore power and water.
