Fantastic place. Besides the marina, there are lodges and cabins cabins to stay in, plus a pool. No restaurants nearby, but the marina has pizza, egg rolls, chicken, etc.

Though Google says there is Uber/Lyft, there is none, but only about 2 miles up Richland Creek to small/free municipal dock to walk into town to several good restaurants.

In July 2005, rate was $1.50/ft.

Stayed over one night. Very nice. $1.50/ft. Very nice restrooms/showers. Took boat up Richland Creek to Dayton to tour Rhea County Courthouse and Scopes trial museum - a must see.

Easy in with good water depth and well marked channel. Friendly, helpful staff. Spotless showers and restrooms. Useful, well stocked convenience store. Great firepit and covered patios with lots of seating to congregate. Dog park for Fido. Good wifi and also good cell signal. Adequate cleats and good fenders on roof support poles. Limited transient dockage available, so call ahead.
