St. George Sound - Bridge Repairs --- From: 2026-01-12 To: 2026-03-13 --- The fender system and navigation lights on the Florida State Road 300 Fixed Bridge crossing the St. George Sound, between Eastpoint and St. George Island, will be repaired/replaced. Work will take place from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Vessels, barges, and waterborne equipment will not be stationed or placed in the main channel of the bridge. Vessels are requested to transit the area at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake. For status updates regarding the repairs, mariners can contact the Florida Department of Transportation-District 3.
