Bridge rehabilitation work will take place at the Judge Seeber (Claiborne Avenue) Bridge, crossing the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal (IHNC)/GIWW, Mile 7.0, EHL. The east bridge pier will be demolished and replaced using manlifts on barges. The barges will be moored along the east bridge fender, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., each day. After working hours, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., the barges will be tied to a dock near the IHNC Lock. The M/V CAPTAIN JEREMY will be the on-scene tender. Mariners are requested to transit the area at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution. VHF-FM Channels: 13 and 14
